The knowledge and teachings of corporate change, studies and my personal experience of pain and trauma taught me how to make change practical. If you have lived your childhood in fear, pain and thinking you are not worthy of life, it is really hard to take on these subconscious beliefs and transform them into beliefs that add value to your life. In the end, everything is energy and fairness is just perception. I see a lot of people in pain, feeling stressed out, feeling like they are failures. Or even worse: feeling like a victim dominated by life. This mindset of low energy attracts a condition matching this frequency. This is a real, scientifically proven concept known as the law of resonance. High and positive energy attracts similar energy. In people, situations, decisions, your whole life’s path can be changed.
This change can be translated to higher consciousness: a powerful mindset. If there’s one thing you can learn from my starting point: everyone can transform towards a driven personal leadership. The problem I and so many others around me have encountered in this world is the ‘how’. How to change this? What should I do? Or shouldn’t do?
As an entrepreneur, I started to contemplate my life and business experience. Knowing that the answer on these big life-steering questions could create massive impact in global energy frequency. One frequency touches another. Can you imagine what happens if we all look at things from the bright side? Not annihilating pain, but searching for the light that cracks through that pain?

The method actually measures your mindset and takes you step by step to your drivers: your subconscious beliefs. Because almost everything you think and do, for about 95%, is subconsciously driven. Inner change is very hard if you don’t have the right mirror showing you what are the consequences of your beliefs.

Because of this world-view, I wanted to make the method approachable for people who cannot make the investment for the complete program. These are the people who need it most.
United Change management Publishers was born. My first book was published: ‘Pimp je perceptie’ in Dutch, sold out within 6 months. Then I started to attract more help in sharing my vision. The Dutch government is now helping me to go international with my book and matching method. As an international speaker, I get a chance to spread my word, my mission, and vision.
Even more and more mentors want to expand this vision and make a positive impact on people’s lives. They are joining me in partnership. I know how difficult it can be matching purpose with making a living out of it. The secret? Money is just a tool, not the goal. Use your creative brain to find more tools and money follows. I help my mentees with my platform to create the impact they want using my method.
